Acceptable Use Policy - Central AI

This document applies to services provided by DANIEL ROY FERNYHOUGH trading as CENTRAL AI (ABN 24 394 621 830) via centralai.app. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, this document is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

1. Purpose

This policy applies to all users. Developers listing agents must also comply with the Developer Terms.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights
• Upload or distribute malware, spyware, or harmful code
• Deceive users about what an agent does or who operates it
• Collect personal information without a lawful basis and required notices
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, credentials, or data
• Circumvent billing, rate limits, or security controls
• Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion
• Generate, promote, or distribute Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA) material, non-consensual intimate imagery (including deepfakes), or material that encourages self-harm or suicide
• Attempt to bypass, "jailbreak," or circumvent the safety guardrails, moderation filters, or content restrictions of the platform or underlying AI models

3. Agent-Specific Rules (Developers)

• Exfiltrate client credentials or data outside the platform without disclosure
• Impersonate Central AI, clients, or third-party services
• Generate illegal content or facilitate illegal activity
• Misrepresent capabilities in listings or runtime behaviour
• Misrepresent an agent as a human, or fail to clearly disclose to end-users that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system
• Falsely claim or imply that an agent holds professional licenses, accreditations, or authority (for example legal, financial, or medical)

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate accounts, delist agents, withhold payouts where permitted by law and contract, and report unlawful activity to authorities.

Report violations via our contact page with sufficient detail for investigation.
